WELCOME

Elevation Church is

KNOWING, GROWING, GOING

Elevation Church began as a dream in 2009. Pastor Todd Hamilton and his family dreamed of starting a church that would help people experience what they were experiencing in a relationship with Jesus and His church. The dream became reality in January 2011 when 12 people gathered in the Hamiltons’ living room to worship, pray, and discover God’s truth together. Within 6 months the group outgrew the living room and moved to leased facilities.

Elevation Church continues to grow through our mission of leading people to know Jesus personally, grow in faith through relationships, and go share the love of Christ with others.

Student Ministry

Our 7th Grade – 12th graders gather for fellowship, worship, and teaching every Wednesday night from 7:00-8:30pm. We also have periodic events and activities to build relationships, grow our faith, and just have fun. We strive to equip our students to become committed followers of Jesus, to develop a growing faith, and to go share His love with the world.

Please contact Zach Ellis zachary@ectxmail.org for information on EQUIP.

Small Groups

We believe small groups are the best place to form the kind of relationships that lead us to grow in faith. Our groups gather in living rooms and kitchens all around the community to discuss God, the Bible, life, and how it all works together. These groups are a great source of encouragement, support, and accountability and are often the foundation for life-long friendships. Groups meet for three trimesters (Winter, Spring, and Fall) with break from Thanksgiving to Christmas and over the summer.

Please contact Bethany Thornton bethany@ectxmail.org for more information.

Men's Ministry - Man UP

The men of Elevation Church gather on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 8:00-9:30am. Our mission is to challenge the men of the church to rise up and be the men that God has called us to be in our homes, church, workplace, and community.

Please contact Ron Anderson ron@ectxmail.org for more information.

Women's Ministry

The ladies of Elevation Church gather monthly to build relationships while growing their faith together through Bible study, prayer, support, encouragement, and accountability. Our ladies gatherings are from 6:30-8:30pm. We enjoy great food, conversation, and friendship as we seek Him together!

Breaking Bread

Elevation Church believes in ministering to the poor, homeless, and those who have run into hard times. Together with a handful of churches in the community, we provide a meal, flu shots, haircuts, and coordinate a food pantry to meet the physical & spiritual needs of our guests. We serve the 2nd Sunday of each month in Lewisville and the 4th Saturday of each month in Denton.

Please contact Ron Anderson ron@ectxmail.org for more information.

Worship Gathering

Our Sunday worship gatherings are built around being a welcoming experience for you and your family. Elevation Church is a ‘no perfect people allowed’ kind of church. Our worship music is contemporary and gospel-centered. The preaching is straight-forward, honest, and biblical. Everything you will experience in a Sunday worship gathering is designed to point you toward knowing Jesus personally, growing in your faith, and going out to share God’s love with others.

Giving

Our position on giving is simple and biblical. In the Old Testament, God ordained the tithe as a way of helping His people place their trust in Him and not in money or possessions. In the New Testament, we see this giving comes from a cheerful heart rather than a religious obligation (2 Cor. 9:6-7).
